The stadium is 100% electronic ticket. There are no printed tickets and no Will Call or Box Office windows. Download the Ticketmaster app to your phone and sign into your account to retrieve your ticket and scan at the gate for entry. Transfer ticket instructions can be found here.

All bags must be clear plastic and not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. Only non-clear bags that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5” will be permitted into the stadium.

Mercedes-Benz Stadium is a cashless venue. Only cards and mobile payments are accepted for all in-stadium purchases. ReadSTATION kiosks are located throughout the stadium to convert cash into a prepaid debit card.
